Record Week at Stubblefield Salvage and Recycling, LLC

Stubblefield Salvage and Recycling, LLC purchased 225 tons of scrap metal last week --a record for the regional processing center.

Although used metal markets have been unstable since the big fall a year ago, prices at the Walla Walla, Washington processing center have generally increased.

Ferrous product prices decreased one half cent, while non-ferrous items, such as copper and brass increased up to five cents.

Prices paid at 780 NE Myra Road in Walla Walla, WA are expected to remain stable during the next two or three days.  Scrap metal collectors, haulers and vendors with high volume and frequent sales at Stubblefield Salvage and Recycling, LLC are paid premium prices for their products.
